Orders can be placed anytime before 12 noon for next-day delivery.

Important Information:

All orders that require an external courier must be placed before 6 am Tuesday to be shipped Tuesday for Wednesday delivery, no later than 6 am Thursdays for Friday delivery and 6 am Friday for Saturday delivery. All delivery days are estimated they may slightly alter depending on the number of deliveries

All orders must be a minimum of 5kg to help keep the product frozen during transit With the exception of Bank Holidays*

Please note your courier will send a notification for Tuesday which will be updated Wednesday.

During the busier periods, deliveries may take up to 48 hours to reach you.

We cannot guarantee next-day delivery.

Although we try and package your items the best we can during the hot summer months your products may start to defrost. This is totally out of our control.

In the unfortunate event, we are out of stock of an item and you have not ticked the substitute button then we will automatically send you a credit note which you can use on your next purchase. National Deliveries

Used for people outide of our local delivery zone.

We use APC who off a next day. before 4pm delivery service. PLEASE NOTE – THIS IS NOT A REFRIGERATED SERVICE – in times of extreme heat your product may start defrosting. All orders are packaged in insulated boxes and kept in deep freeze until collected. We will not accept responsibility for its defrosting in these circumstances.

APC does not “guarantee” next-day delivery – in 99.99% of circumstances it is delivered the next day, but mistakes and delays do happen. We will not accept responsibility for the delays which are out of our control. The dog food may start to slightly defrost in these circumstances but is fine to refreeze.

We dispatch orders Tuesday – Thursday. Friday dispatch is not guaranteed to arrive Saturday so we don’t choose this service for our customers unless specified.

Orders received after 9 am will be dispatched the following day. We do not accept any responsibility for the items once they have been collected and logged on as APC Depot.
